Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our administrative operations and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports on a broad range of topics to support decision making and strategic planning.
– Monitor and track budgets and expenditures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Coordinate and maintain efficient communication between different departments within the company.
– Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
– Participate in meetings and take notes, prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives.
– Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks, and new hire onboarding.
– Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchase orders.
– Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
– Proven experience as an Administrative Analyst or similar role.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
